Covid-19 Health Guidance

COVID-19 is a viral respiratory illness caused by a coronavirus that has not been found in people before. Practice these simple guidelines to keep yourself and others safe.

  • Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
  • Use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol, if soap and water are not available.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unclean hands.
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes with your sleeve or a tissue, not your hand.
  • Stay home as much as possible, especially when you are sick.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily.

When you are around others, remember to:

  • Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover.
  • Practice social distancing, which means maintaining at least 6 feet of distance between you and others not in your household.
