Telephone Maintenance and Support
Goodhue County processes its information through a network of personal computers, server systems, and a large-scale IBM computer system. The IT Department is in charge of all information processed through the network, which includes monitoring the systems, backing up data, and maintaining this website. The IT Department supports employees in the use of many computer programs including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management. The Information Technology Director is an appointive position.
