The Law Enforcement Center (LEC) in Red Wing is headquarters for both the Goodhue County Sheriff's Office and the Red Wing Police Department. The building houses the Sheriff's Administration Staff, Investigation Division, Patrol Division Headquarters, Civil Process, Records Division, Emergency Communications Center (Dispatch), Goodhue County Adult Detention Center (ADC), Evidence Collection, and the Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
