Data Use Agreement

Request Process:

1. Fill out the top half of the Data or Map request form, including the area/s for which you would like data or map information.  (The most common methods for listing request area are by Parcel ID Numbers or by the area’s section, township and range information)
2. Fill out top half of the Data Use Agreement form and include signature and date.
3. Email these two forms to GIS Specialist Alan Laumeyer or by fax at 651-385-3098, or by mail at 509 West 5th Street, Red Wing, MN 55066.
4. Staff will then compile the fee for the request and will notify you of the fee amount.
5. Payment is required prior to work beginning on any request.  Process payment and send it to:  Goodhue County GIS Department, 509 West 5th Street, Red Wing, MN 55066. 
   1. Make checks payable to:  Goodhue County
   2. Goodhue County is NOT able to process payment by debit or credit cards at this time.
6. Once the proper paperwork and payment are received, requests take 2-3 business days to complete.
