Joseph and Sylvia Jerdee (Agent David A. Johnson) for a Zoning District Change on property located at:  Section 24, T112N, R13W, Part of SW ¼, NE ¼, Florence Township. The application, if approved, would authorize:  a Zoning District Change – for the existing property parcel number 32.120.0200 within A-2 Zone District to become R-1 Residential District in Section 24 Florence Township.

Larry L. Larsen for a Conditional Use permit on property located at: T111N, R15W, Part of NE ¼ of SE ¼, Section 3, Goodhue Township. The application, if approved, would authorize:  a Conditional Use Permit – for the Home occupation use with rental storage shed structures to continue operations and become in compliance of Goodhue County Ordinances on existing property, parcel number 33.003.0701, within A-1 Zone District of Goodhue Township.

Daniel P. Mahoney for a Conditional Use permit on property located at:  Section 5, T112N, R13W, NW ¼, SW ¼, Florence Township. The application, if approved, would authorize:  a Conditional Use Permit – for the Commercial timber harvest operation conducted by Bee Forest products, Inc. of Mondovi, Wi. on parcel number 32.005.0500, within A-2 Zone District of Florence Township.

Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment  - Proposed amendment to Goodhue County Zoning Ordinance Article 20, 21, 22 to change side yard and rear yard setback requirements for principle and accessory structures from one hundred (100) feet to thirty (30) feet in the A-1 Agricultural Protection District, A-2 Agricultural Protection District, and A-3  Urban Fringe Districts within Goodhue County.
