Carlson Brothers (Mike Carlson)  for a Conditional Use Permit on property located at: T112N, R16W, Part of NE ¼ , Section 3, Vasa Township. The application, if approved, would authorize:  a CUP – for the existing Feedlot Facility to expand with a new feedlot structure/ manure holding structure that will have a storage volume of over 500,000 liquid gallons on parcel number 42.003.0100 within A-2 Zone District of Vasa Township.

Vasa Vineyard and Winery LLC (Drake Anderson) for a Conditional Use permit on property located at: T112N, R16W, NE ¼ of NE ¼ , Sections 21 and NW ¼ , NW ¼  of Section 22, Vasa Township. The application, if approved, would authorize:  a Conditional Use Permit – for the proposed landowner to build and operate a winery located on proposed vineyard on parcel numbers 42.021.0100 and 42.022.0400, within A-2 Zone District of Vasa Township.
