Hay Creek Valley Campground for a Zoning District Change on property located at:  Section 19, T112N, R14W, NW ¼,SW ¼, Hay Creek Township. The application, if approved, would authorize:  a Zoning District Change – for the existing campground on property within B-2 Zone District to become Commercial Recreation Zone District in Section 19 Hay Creek Township.

Aggregate Industries for a Conditional Use permit on property located at:  Sections 23 and 26, T114N, R16W, Welch Township. The application, if approved, would authorize: Conditional Use Permit – for the Aggregate mining operation to construct and use a ready mix concrete plant within the existing Prairie Island mining property within A-2 Zone District of Welch Township.
