7:30 p.m. Conditional Use Permit—Mark Thoreson c/o Shades of Sherwood—Pt of SW ¼ & Pt of SE ¼, Section 21; Pt of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼; E ½ of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼; and the W ½ of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼, Section 28, T110N, R16W, Minneola Township.  The request is for a conditional use permit to operate a public stable in an A-1, Agricultural Protection Zone, and an A-2, Agriculture District.

Conditional Use Permit—Circle K Farms—N ½ of the SW ¼, Section 11, T111N, R14W, Belvidere Township.  The request is for a conditional use permit for an expanding feedlot that exceeds three hundred (300) animal units in an A-2, Agriculture District and a storage pit for the storage or treatment of animal wastes that exceeds 500,000 gallons. 

Conditional Use Permit—Paul Voth—NE ¼ of the NE ¼, Section 30, T111N, R14W and the W ½ of the NE ¼ and the SE ¼ of the NE ¼, Section 30, T111N, R14W, Belvidere Township.  The request is for a conditional use permit to operate a shooting preserve in an A-1, Agricultural Protection Zone.
