The application, if approved, would authorize:  a Conditional Use Permit– for an addition and business expansion on the  44’ x 50’ building addition on parcel 26.017.0601 as a commercial electrical shop and business within A-1 Zone District of Belvidere Township. Daryl Franklin Conditional Use Permit request, on property located at; T113N, R13W, Section 32, Lot 17 Block 6 of Wacouta Beach Plat, Daryl Franklin survey. The request, if approved, is for an existing structure to be elevated on means other than fill in the shoreland area near Lake Pepin on parcel number 43.210.0870 in the R-1 District in Section 32, Wacouta Township.
