The application, if approved, would authorize:  a Conditional Use Permit Amendment – for an 80’ by 120’ addition and business expansion on the  48’ x 80’ building on parcel 47.003.0202 as a commercial welding shop and mobile concrete dispenser business within A-1 Zone District of Zumbrota Township.
