The application, if approved, would authorize:  a Zoning District Change – for the existing property parcel number 32.200.0600 within A-2 Zone District to become R-1 Residential District in Section 30 of Florence Township.

The application, if approved, would authorize:  a Preliminary and Final Plat for Lake View Heights Fourth Addition on parcel number 32.200.0600 creating two additional lots by platting three lots within R-1 Residential District in Section 30 of Florence Township. The application, if approved, would authorize:  a CUP – for the existing Feedlot Facility to expand with a new feedlot structure addition/ manure holding structure that will have a storage volume of over 500,000 liquid gallons on parcel number 26.026.0300 within A-1 Zone District of Belvidere Township.
