Citizens Against Frac Sand Mining (Barbara Tittle-Agent) Interim Ordinance/Moratorium Request for an Interim Ordinance to establish a One Year Moratorium on the issuance of any Conditional Use Permit for a new silica/frac sand mining operation (Mineral Extraction Facility) within rural Goodhue County. Earnest-Miller CUP Conditional Use Permit request, on property located at T112N, R13W, Section 12, Part of Lake Avenue survey. The request, if approved, is for an existing structure to be elevated on means other than fill in the shoreland area near Lake Pepin on parcel number 32.130.0220 in the R-1 District of Section 12, Florence Township.
