Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment – proposed changes by Erin Logan, Steve Groth, and Paul Reese for Articles associated with Wind Energy Conversion Systems (WECS) - Proposed Amendments to Goodhue County Zoning Ordinances for regulations and permitting requirements related to Wind Energy Conversion Systems within rural Goodhue County. (Attachment)

New Business:

Paul E. Nibbe (Evan Downey-Agent) for a Conditional Use Permit on property located at: T110N, R15W, Part of SE ¼, Section 16, Zumbrota Township. The application, if approved, would authorize: a Conditional Use Permit to construct an Enertech 44A, 34 Kilowatt, 182 foot high, latticed towered, Wind Turbine on parcel number 47.016.0700 in the A-1 Agricultural Protection District of Zumbrota Township.
