Jeffrey and Tami Beeney  for a Conditional Use Permit on the property located at: T111N, R17W, Part of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4, Section 19, Leon Township.  The request is for a conditional use permit for the continued placement and use of a temporary mobile home second dwelling on parcel 37.019.0300 in order for their son & family to live on the property and care for Jeffrey and Tami Beeney, within A-1 Zone District of Leon Township. Cannon River Winery (John and Maureen Maloney) for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment on property located at: T111N, R18W, NE ¼ of SE ¼ , Section 14, and NW ¼ of SW ¼ of Section 13,Warsaw Township.  The proposed CUP Amendment would revise two of the conditions associated with September 2008 Conditional Use Permit on parcel numbers 45.014.0400 and 45.013.1400, within A-2 Zone District of Warsaw Township. St. Paul’s Evangical Lutheran Church (Richard Ericson-Agent) for a Preliminary Plat / Final Plat Zoning Application on property located at: T112N, R18W, Part of NW ½, SE ¼ , Stanton Township. The application, if approved, would authorize:  a Preliminary/Final Plat – for the subdivision of the existing single St. Paul’s Church property into two separate parcels with a new Plat of the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Addition on lot 1, which is requested to become R-1 Zone District , separated from the Church, on A-3 parcel, of Section 13, Stanton Township. St. Paul’s Evangical Lutheran Church (Richard Ericson-Agent)  For a Zoning District Change from A-3 to R-1 for a proposed platted lot that will create a single residential lot that would become part of an existing nearby residential neighborhood on the current property located at:  T112N, R18W, Part of NW ¼, SE ¼ , Section 13,Stanton Township. The application, if approved, would authorize: A Zoning District Change –from  A-3 to R-1 for the single Church lot residential subdivision, keeping the Church in A-3 Zone District of Stanton Township. Todd Jackson Trucking (Todd and Cheryl Jackson) for a Conditional Use Permit on property located at: T110N, R15W, Part of SW ¼ of SE ¼, and part of NE ¼ of SE ¼, Section 20, Zumbrota Township. The application, if approved, would authorize:  a Conditional Use Permit – for the home occupation use of a bulk milk hauling trucking business utilizing a storage building over 2,000 square feet and employing 5 people to continue operations and become in compliance of Goodhue County Ordinances on existing property, parcel number 47.020.0600, within A-3 Zone District of Zumbrota Township.
