Jewel Ness for a Conditional Use permit on property located at: NE ¼ of NW ¼ Section 12 T109N R17W. The application, if approved, would authorize: a Conditional Use Permit – for an aircraft landing field and associated facilities as authorized by Article 20, Section 3, Subdivision 2. The property is zoned A-1 Agricultural Protection District and is located on Parcel 30-012-0400 in Cherry Grove Township. (Attachment)
