Old Business: Bylaws, Election of Vice-Chair, Appointment of BOA Chair
New Business:

Scott Miller/ Jennie-O Turkey Store, Inc.(Craig M. Byram-Attorney) for a Conditional Use Permit on property located at: T113N, R16W, Part of SW ¼, Section 6, Warsaw Township. The application, if approved, would authorize:  a CUP – for the existing turkey feedlot facility on parcels 45.006.0701 and 45.006.0702 to be separated from the farmyard and continue use within A-1 Zone District of Warsaw Township. Paint with Prep, Inc.(James Hernke) for a Conditional Use Permit on property located at: T112N, R17W, Part of SW ¼ of SE ¼, and part of SE ¼ of SW ¼, Section 20, Cannon Falls Township. The application, if approved, would authorize:  a Conditional Use Permit – for the home occupation use of a building over 2000 Square Feet for a family operated paint shop business to continue operations and become in compliance of Goodhue County Ordinances on existing property, parcel number 28.020.2801, within A-3 Zone District of Cannon Falls Township. The application, if approved, would authorize:  a Conditional Use Permit – for the home occupation use of an excavating and construction business with construction of a storage building over 2,000 Square Feet to continue operations and become in compliance of Goodhue County Ordinances on existing property, parcel numbers 33.028.0600, 33.028.0602, within A-3 Zone District of Goodhue Township. The application, if approved, would authorize:  a Zoning District Change – for the existing properties on parcel numbers 43.135.0250, and 43.43.135.0251 within A-2 Zone District to become R-1 Residential District in Section 35, Wacouta Township.
