Old Business

Hidden Valley Campground (Cory Axelson) for a Conditional Use Permit on the property located at: T112N, R14W, Part of NE ¼, Section 32, Vasa Township. The application, if approved, would authorize: A Conditional Use Permit Amendment- for the campground expansion of up to 100 new campsites on the campground to accommodate new campers at the facility within A-2 District of Vasa Township. (Attachment)

New Business

Todd and Joann Schulz  for a Conditional Use Permit on property located at:T110N, R15W, Part of NW ¼ of NW ¼, Section 32  , Zumbrota Township. The application, if approved, would authorize:  a CUP – for the existing Seed sales dealership on parcel 47.032.1702 in A-3 Zoned District to continue and expand operations and be in compliance with Goodhue County Ordinance requirement in Section 32 Zumbrota Township.
