Economic Development Authority History

The Goodhue County Economic Development Authority (EDA) Board was created in May of 1995.  It consists of the five county commissioners and two representatives of various county-base economic development organizations. The purpose of the Goodhue County Economic Development Authority is to carry out the economic and industrial development and redevelopment within the County and act on behalf of the County’s interest in continued job development and increased tax base.
