Conflict / Disclosure of interest
Neil & Cheryl Brogger – Pt of E ½ of NW ¼ of NE ¼, Part of SW ¼ of NE ¼ Section 34 T111N R18W, Warsaw Township. The request is a variance to build a dwelling no more than 30’ from the east property line instead of the required 100’ setback (variance is for 70’). The request is also for an appeal to build on soil with a crop equivalency rating (CER) of 90% instead of the required less than 60%.
Charlotte Wohlers/Patricia Fox – The SW 1/3 of the NW ¼, the W ½ of the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ and the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 13 T113N R16W, Welch Township, Except that part thereof lying northeasterly of State Highway N 61. The request is for a variance to split a dwelling with 12-14 acres instead of the required 35 acres in the A-3 Urban Fringe District.
Richard Johnson – Lot 1 Bloc 2 Hidden Valley, Wacouta Township. The request is for a variance to build an accessory building 8’ from the road right of way of Sevastopol Road instead of the required 40’ from any public road or highway in the R-1 Suburban Residential District (variance is for 32’).
