Conflict / Disclosure of interest.

Dallas & Rebecca Amy – Pt of NW ¼ of NE ¼, Sec 20, T111N, R18W, Warsaw Township.  Request is for a variance to build an accessory building 1650 sq ft over the 2400 sq ft limit (4050 sq ft total) and to locate the building 35-ft from the south property line and not the required 100-ft property line setback.  Also a variance to build a second accessory building 70-ft from the north property line and a third accessory building 90-ft from the south property and not the required 100-ft property line setback. 

Greg Peterson – Pt of W ½ of SW ¼, Sec 21, T110N, R16W, Minneola Township.  Request is for a variance to the ¼, ¼ density requirement in an (A-2) Agricultural zoning district. 

Steven & Patty Lyson – Pt of NE ¼ of NE ¼, Sec 18, T112N, R16W, Vasa Township.  Request is for a variance to build an accessory building over the 2400 sq ft limit and to locate the building less than the required 60-ft road right-of-way setback.

John & Jane Otto – SE ¼ of NW ¼ & SW ¼ of NE ¼, Sec 20, T113N, R16W, Welch Township.  Request is for a variance to build an agricultural building 30-ft from the north and east property line and not the required 100-ft property line setback.

Kent & Christy Warner – Pt of Govt Lot 3, Sec 26, T114N, R16W, Welch Township.  Request is for a variance to build an accessory building 30-ft from the northwest property line and not the required 100-ft property line setback. 

Dennis Hiemer – W ¾ S ½ SW ¼ SW ¼, Sec 1, T109N, R15W, Pine Island Township.  Request is an appeal to build a dwelling on land rated 60 CER or greater under the “Ten Year Parcel of Record.” 

Roger & Cindy Hougo – W456.19-ft of the S175-ft of the N495-ft of Govt Lot 3, Sec 30, T112N, R17W, Cannon Falls Township.  Request is for a variance to build an accessory building 744 sq ft over the 1200 sq ft limit (36 x 54 = 1944) and to build the accessory building 2-ft from the north property line and not the required 30-ft property line setback.
