Minneola Lutheran Church – Pt of NW ¼ of NE ¼ Section 5, T110N R16W, Minneola Township. The request is for a variance to build an addition onto the church 14’ from the property line instead of the required 100’ setback (variance is for 86’).

Corey McDonald – S ½ of the SW ¼ of section5 T111N R17W west of the 5th principle meridian, Leon Township.  The request is an appeal to build a dwelling on soil with a crop equivalency rating (CER) above 60 (82-85 CER).

Jeffrey KingPart of SW ¼ Section 30 T113N R16W, Welch Township. The request is for a variance for an accessory building to be larger than the allowed 3,400 square feet (4,412 square feet).

Wayne & Merry Dankers – Pt of NE ¼ of SW ¼ Section 22, T111N R15W, Goodhue Township. The request is for a variance to build a dwelling closer than the required 100’ setback. There is also a request for a variance to be able to have two dwellings on one tax parcel.

Maria Bolin – That part of the W ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 5 T111N R15W, Goodhue Township. The request is for a variance to build an accessory building 22’ from the East property line and 45’ from the west property line instead of the required 100’ setbacks.

Fred Fitschen – Pt of SW ¼ of NW ¼ Section 19, T112N R13W, Florence Township. The request is for a variance to build a barn 33’ from the south property line instead of the required 100’ setback (variance is for 67’).

Timothy Gernentz – Pt of NW ¼ of SW ¼ Section 19 T112N R14W, Hay Creek Township. The request is a variance to build a garage 15’ from the north property line instead of the required 100’ setback (variance is for 85’).

Mike Steele – Part of the NE ¼ of Section 19 T112N R14W, Hay Creek Township. The request is a variance to build a garage 15’ from the West property line instead of the required 100’ setback (variance is for 85’).

David Schwartau – Pt of NW ¼ Section 9 T112N R15W, Featherstone Township. The request is for a variance to build an addition on a dwelling closer than the required 100’ from the East and South property lines.

John Cordes – Pt of W ½ of NE ¼ Section 24 T109N R17W, Cherry Grove. The request is for a variance to build grain bins 50’ from the South property line instead of the required 100’ setback.
