Erickson Farms – Pt of the W ½ of the SW ¼ an pt of the W ½ of the E ½ of the SW ¼ all in Section 13, T111N, R17W, Leon Township. The request is for a variance to build a dwelling with less than the required 100’ road frontage on a public road right of way. (Attachment)

John & Paula Hogan – Pt of SE ¼ of NW ¼ Section 13, T112N R18W, Stanton Township. The request is for a variance to build an addition on a dwelling with a side yard setback of 30’ instead of the required 100’ (variance is for 70’), and a variance for a rear yard setback of 57’ instead of the required 100’ (variance is for 43’), all in an A-3 Urban Fringe District. (Attachment)

Daniel Ryan – Pt of the W ½ of NE ¼ of Section 2, T111N R16W, Belle Creek Township. The request is for a variance to create a property line closer than the required 100’ side yard setback to a structure in the A-2 Agricultural Zoning District (variance is for 60’).

Richard G Tutewohl/Mark Strusz – Pt of SW ¼ of SE ¼ Section 3, T111N, R15W, Goodhue Township. The request is an appeal to move a replacement dwelling location from the original location.

Dale & Janet Barghusen – Pt of Lot 5 Block 1 Lake Pepin Estates, Section 13 T112N R13W Florence Township. The request is for a variance to build an addition on a dwelling with less than the required 8’ minimum side yard setback in the R-1 Suburban Residential District.

Kevin & Cindy Mark – Pt of SE ¼ Section 3, T112N R14W, Hay Creek Township. The request is for a variance to split a dwelling with less than the thirty five acre minimum requirement; a variance to build a dwelling on less than thirty five acre minimum requirement; and a variance to build a dwelling without the required 100’ of road frontage in an A-3 Urban Fringe District.

Chad & Heather Otis – Pt of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 22, T109N, R18W Kenyon Township. The request is for a variance to build a dwelling closer than the required 1,000’ minimum setback from a recorded feedlot.
