Brady Kells / James Horn – Pt of  SE ¼, Section 28, T112N, R14W, Ex 8.25 ac, Hay Creek Township.  Request is for a variance to build a dwelling and accessory building 50-ft from the west property line and not the required 100-ft property line setback in an (A-2) Agricultural zoning district.  (tabled)

Gary Diercks – SE ¼ of NW ¼, Sec 4, T111N, R15W, Goodhue Township. Request is for an appeal to build a dwelling on land rated 60 CER or greater under the “Ten Year Parcel of Record”.

John Gardiner – NE ¼ of SW ¼, Sec 24, T112N, R17W, Cannon Falls Township.   Request is for an appeal to move a replacement site further away from the road for a better location.

Ron Betzold – Pt of NW ¼ of SE ¼, Sec 8, T111N, R18W, Warsaw Township.  Request is for an appeal to build a dwelling on land rated 60 CER or greater under the “Ten Year Parcel of Record”.

Elbert Makarios - Pt of SE ¼ of SE ¼, Section 3 & NW ¼, Section 11, T111N, R18W, Warsaw Township.  Request is for a variance to the ¼, ¼ density requirement in an (A-2) Agricultural zoning district.

Leslie Schliep -   W ½ of NW ¼ & E ½ of SW ¼, Sec 20, T109N, R15W, Pine Island Township.  Request is for an appeal to move a replacement site from the SW ¼ of NW ¼, Sec 20 to the SE ¼ of SW ¼, Sec 20.

Orrin Haugen – E ½ of NE ¼, Sec 3, T109N, R15W, Lying Sly of Nly R/W of Town Rd, Pine Island Township.  Request is for an appeal to remove stipulation the three sites share one well according to variance approved to the ¼, ¼ requirement in an (A-2) Agricultural zoning district.

Greg Peterson – Pt of SE ¼ & E ½ of SW ¼, Sec 21, T110N, R16W, Lying N & NW of Cen Twp Rd, Minneola Township.  Request is for an appeal to relocate six (6) existing replacement dwellings and to be sited on proposed individual parcels.

Kenneth & JoAnne Ryan – NW ¼ of SW 1/4, Sec 15, T111N, R16W, Belle Creek Township.  Request is for an appeal to build a dwelling on land rated 60 CER or greater under the “Ten Year Parcel of Record”.

Andrew Lincoln / Marvin Glad – Pt of SW ¼, Sec 23, T113N, R16W, Welch Township.  Request is for a variance to the ¼, ¼ density requirement in an (A-2) Agricultural zoning district.
