The information gathered is kept confidential and is used solely for the purpose of enhancing our ability to deliver services to our customers. This information will be used only to notify our customers of possible problems with an online service offering. 

Information will not be sold, transferred, marketed, disclosed, or otherwise shared with any outside entities except as may be mandated by the Minnesota Data Practices Act or valid court order.
